Dometic Mother Board
Does anyone have a source for a Dometic 3311557.000 motherboard? I have been trying for over a year to source one but all search options list as unavailable. RV dealer has been waiting on factor...

OK If both Zone 1 and Zone 2 will show same thing AND you can go from Auto(fan) to the 2 fan speeds. Then the board is OK. Odds are you have NO 120 power to the roof AC unit. This can be a fault at the AC Breaker or also at the upper board 120 connections have had a loose connection and the wire nuts melted and came apart. BTW, you should have a FURNACE option on Zone 1. What Year/Brand/Model RV? IF you have a EMS system, that could also stop 120 power to the roof AC. Which AC is faulted? Zone 2? Doug
2008 Model Year
Zone 1:
FAN: Low, High. Auto
MODE: Off, Fan, Cool, Heat Pump, Furnace, Heat Strip
Zone 2:
FAN: Low, High, Auto
MODE: Off, Fan, Cool, Heat Pump
Has EMS that controls Front Heat Pump, Rear Heat Pumps, Hot Water, and Washer Dryer. Rear Heat Pump is affected, Zone 2.
I suspected the EMS. I asked RV dealer to check EMS and he said it was ok. I went through process of resetting it before having dealer look at it.
