Good luck with that. I have called Dometic trying to get more $$$ for reasonable over runs (usually due to installation issues created by coach manufacturer). Not once have they ever reimbursed me. I never felt right charging customer, so I always had to eat it. Just one of the reasons I won't work for Dometic anymore (when it's optional). I'll still handle warranty work on units I've sold, but won't touch anything else. Tim
