In my new (used) motorhome, there is a thin white cord hanging inside the refrigerator. What is it?

It is a Dometic DM 2652 which is the model with “Automatic Refrigerator Temperature Control” And I do have a bracket in my fins, so I will try playing with that ... thank you!
