GFI is 120 volts. Lights and fan are 12 volts. The GFI is not the problem but the GFI outlet for the kitchen area is located in the bathroom.

All fuses are good, power going out of all fuses, power on the wire marked for the fan just before the wire enters the wall. No power at wires at the fan. Don't have a GFI that I can find. I will pull the lights and see if I can see anything.
If I don't find anything, I like the idea of a jumper wire

Holiday Rambler seemed to love cluster negative connections over individuals. I would pull the fan and look behind it. Try a jumper wire between fan and good chassis negative.

You'll need to check the wiring close to all the affected areas to see if a wire nut came lose. The source of the problem may to emanate from the downed items themselves. I always had my apprentices pull on the wires, one at a time, to be sure they were wire tightly.

Presume it is all 12v.

Check the other fuses in the DC fuse panel in case the one you checked is the wrong fuse.

Many fuse panels are marked for the wrong circuits, so you can't believe what they say. Check them all to see what works from each fuse and confirm the markings.

Don't know when these came out but a 6300 converter with the split DC fuse panel could have its solenoid stuck and not be powering one side If that is possible?) so the fuse is ok, but no power to it , but then your battery should be taking care of that.
