Presume it is all 12v.
Check the other fuses in the DC fuse panel in case the one you checked is the wrong fuse.
Many fuse panels are marked for the wrong circuits, so you can't believe what they say. Check them all to see what works from each fuse and confirm the markings.
Don't know when these came out but a 6300 converter with the split DC fuse panel could have its solenoid stuck and not be powering one side If that is possible?) so the fuse is ok, but no power to it , but then your battery should be taking care of that.
