Four Winds slide out 31E

I have been having problems with my slide scraping on step up in my motor home when using slide. I took my phone and took pictures under the slide to try and see what was going on. I found a brace that broke dead center between the bedroom and bunks on slide.(can't tell if it is plastic or metal) Looks like the slide will need to be removed to repair because it is on the slide its self. Anyone else have this same problem?
