Generac Impact 36 Plus II generator

I have this problem with the LP generator in my lance camper. I know others have this problem from reading the forums. It's the "generator starts and runs, but when the circuit breaker is opened and load is applied, after five seconds the generator shuts down" problem.
I have the service manual, I have followed the flow chart for "Problem 8" in section 7.2, and all the multimeter measurements for 12 pin harness test, continuity test,winding test and static tests on inverter seem to be in line with the chart, and the problem persists after disconnecting the AC line from the inverter to the coach, meaning that it isn't a problem of a short in the coach wiring. So has anyone had this problem , which persists even though all the tests are in line with the charts?

Just so you do not think you are being ignored.... If you have performed trouble shooting steps in the manual and it passes, really maybe the genset needs to be looked at by a generac shop.
I don't have the generac you do, but went through other hassles with gensets over the years and it is frustrating. Throwing parts at the problem gets expensive (which I successfully did with an Onan).
How is the engine shutting down? Immediately like electronically? Struggling / stallIng?

Come now, someone out there knows the solution to this problem, when an inverter generator runs fine but shuts down when the breaker is opened....

Factory generator opt

We are thinking of ordering a Big Country from rv nation with the fac gen onan 5500 lp. The option with there discount would cost us apx $4400 give or take. We will boon dock a little and other times on trip maybe Walmart or rest area, probably not to much of either. What are others suggestions and or opinions. I know we could use a pair of Honda generators and do the same thing little more hassle and would be out in the open. Just looking for onput.
