I think I can speak for most of the generator techs. That have left this site. People asking for help. But not posting the model and serial number. So we have no way of knowing what to tell you. So...

I have read a number of the gen threads and certainly appreciate the level of knowledge and hope that I never need to much gen advice. :B
Recently I wanted to adjust the gen voltage and the instructions seemed so simple... I got good input in this thread which helped me to understand that I probably didn't follow the directions. So later this week I'll try again.
And yes the very first post had the gen model and S/N.
