Honda 2000/smooker

Looking for ele smooker, hoping to find something
my little red Honda can run it

Any suggestions on what specs I have to pay attention to
when shopping such a unit

Thanks

    Op got spoked and left.
  • Don't ever be the guy running his generator all day in a campground in order to smoke some meat. Charcoal is a great idea. You can add some wood chips like alder and fruit wood. Then you will be making the place smell good insead of sound bad.

The only problem with these is that terracotta does not "travel" well (easily cracked/broken).

Remember, that that smoking is "low and slow", so your generator will be running for 4-8 hours !

  • electric smokers suck, go with propane or charcoal :)
  • eel smoker? elec smoker? You can smoke meat over a fire.

  • Are you, by chance, trying to say electric smoker? If you are wanting to get a smoker, don't go above about 1500 watts, max.
