So my single twist lock 23.3amp outlet would have more watts then coming from the second unit.
Interesting...sounds bigger than I need.

And parallel cables to boot. Man, congratulations, you really hit the lottery on this.
The cables allow the gens to act as one unit of 6kw. It's like paralleling batteries.
The Honda "3000" will supply a total of 2800 Volt-Amps (VA). The appliance plugged into it may have a power-factor to apply to the appliance's rated watts. If so, it will want more VA than its rated watts. You have to consider this when deciding if that 2800VA is enough supply.
You can get the 2800 from the 23.3a receptacle (at 120 volts).
If you are also running something from the 20a receptacle outlets that will reduce what you can get from the 23.3a outlet. They all share from the total.
If you go over the 2800 the circuit breaker will pop but the gen will keep running so you only notice it popped when your appliance quits or you notice the Honda's red light go on. To get power started again, you have to turn off the Honda and restart its engine.
