HWH Hydraulic Jacks ML0525 wont go down,clicking noise only

Okay so I had just put all new batteries in before this issue so I'm fairly certain it is not that. When I used the screw driver I saw sparks a little and I heard it click but it didn't do anything. I have a pump relay replacement but I don't want to put it on unless I know it's that part. Where is the solenoid located at? I was originally under the impression the relay switch was the solenoid but after going to buy a solenoid I realized the part I was thinking it was is not the solenoid..
