Thanks for the info. After pulling the cover off again, one of the pins broke off (planned obsolescence, I'm sure. So, I took the thermostat back for a refund. Not happy with Honeywell's tech help :(. I really don't like companies that export jobs overseas to save money. Not many choices of good American companies anymore, but I still won't be buying another Honeywell product.
