Intellitec 00-00591-200 Master Control Unit (heat-a/c) prob

Our Class A has an Intellitec 00-00591-200 Electronic Climate Control/Energy Management Unit/Master Controller hidden away under the counter space with the power center. It apparently controls the furnace and the front and rear a/c units.

Last winter the furnace began to run continuously and the only way to stop it is to pull the 12V fuse. It tries to run even when the a/c units are operating.

The Master Controller referenced above makes a sound that comes and goes constantly...sounds like a real fast relay chatter (but can't be, because it's no doubt a solid-state module) or almost a sizzle sound. I can't find any information on the module - it has test buttons on it and must be testable to see if it's the problem or something else.

Anyone have any experience/information on the Intellitec unit?

I'm an RV tech here in Florida not far from you. I'm dealing with a master controller issue right now in our Fleetwood Pace Arrow, and it is the same one you have. I've been checking voltage and ohms for hours now and I'm sure the controller needs to be replaced. I'm going to go ahead and replace my ECC thermostat as well since it's also pretty old. Let me know if you need a mobile tech, I have fresh experience in this area unfortunately lol.

You might get the part number off your control unit and ask questions here or contact Intellitech customer support.

Someone here with your same RV may have answers.

Were you able to resolve your A/C and heating issues? I have the same problem, the heater will randomly kick in unless I unplug it, and both A/Cs are constantly shedding. I can also hear the small relay on the circuit board chattering
