With an extended frame pickup and long long 5th wheel a major ground bond can consume a lot of wire. A TTMA lift gate power connection and six feet of 1/O Wire can do the job. Saw a nice (F-550?) Ford last week that had dual alternators. The owner said he has seen a charging rate many times of 150 amperes from the truck. It was a buck's up rig with AGM batteries.
I bolt and solder frame clamps such as this. No lead solder right to the steel frame. This is a new model of clamp that may have multi-uses.
A source of inexpensive welding cable eludes me.
