If I was looking for a folding panel setup, I'd buy the individual panels, two hinges, a length of wire, and a cheap controller. The price of DIY for installing two hinges and adding terminals on to the ends of the wire saves a whole lot of money.

Good luck with whatever way you go, solar is the best charging system for RV!

Is that how those folding sets usually fold? I know the white backing is also fragile, but I would fold with the blues together with a cloth between them.

It is ridiculous.

I priced used panels (last year) at the Rv store on south side of Kuehn east of 95, also ridiculous.

This is prime gouge season for these vendors.

Check out craigslist for the area, some decent deals to be found.

I purchased a 120W portable system from Solar Blvd less than a year ago and paid just under $200 for the complete system. They also carried the 160W system for a few dollars more.

I guess you made it back to camp..
You could set up over on the corner and hock yours in about 10 mins with prices like that.

PS- For anyone out here, I have a DirecTv SL5 REFLECTOR (Only) for free if someone wants it. Either way it's not going home with me.
