Issue with tail lights on 5th wheel

While returning home last week I had a blowout on my 5th wheel that damaged the wiring passing through the wheel well. The wiring was spliced and I have all lights except running lights and tail lights (turn brake 4way all work).

I have a 2013 Chevy 2500HD diesel and have checked and replaced the fuse (#25) under the hood but still no running or tail lights.

What do I need to check next to trouble shoot this issue?

Thanks!

OP Here

I tested the 7 pin plug on my truck and have power to the plug. It looks like I will have to drop my underbelly and trace the wire to find the issue.

I believe the fuse on the truck you are looking for is in the fuse box on the side of the dash on left side between dash and door.

Check to make sure that when the wires got broken a connection up or downstream didn't get pulled out.
