Level Up 6 Point system issues

I had already consulted the documentation that was not helpful
I called Lippert yesterday and they too suggested the zero procedure. I will try that this weekend. Thank you all who have replied.

I had a problem with new camper's level up and called LCI number in manual and they were helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through some procedures and cured the problem. By the way, they said you do not have to disconnect the power to reset level, just do the 10 and 10 with the system turned off. Also said it may take several attempts doing the 10 and 10 as the system is very sensitive to the sequence and timing doing the 10 and 10 procedure.
