Lippert Leveling lost its mind

1 1/2 yr old fiver. Lippert leveling has worked flawlessly until now. When hitting the autolevel button it thinks it's off by a couple degrees when it's close to level, and raises the drivers side off the ground. I've reset the computer and pressed enter to have it remember where level is, but after the 300 mile trip home last week it still is off.

So, has anyone had a similar experience? Any easy fix? Does it sound like I need a new brain/box?

The level block hasn't been bumped or moved in any way. It's always had adequate power.

Advice
  • Our leveling system got stuck in some sort of error cycle and wouldn't "auto" level and the instructions to reset it never worked. So...for the rest of the trip we used the manual program and a regular level, annoying but not a big problem. When we got back from our trip and took it in for maintenance, they "recalibrated" the system and now it's fine. I'm not sure how that was done, but they did try to explain it and we went cross eyed. LOL.
  • Thx
I've been plagued with electronic situations in all kinds of things lately... perhaps I got hit by lightening and have a static charge.
  • We have their Level-Up (Hydraulic) system. It wasn't perfect after our initial PDI but it was really close.

I used the auto-level to get it close, then manually adjusted it. To set that as the zero point, you turn the unit off, hit "front" 10x and then "rear" 10x. You hit enter to tell it that's level, it memorizes it, and has kept it ever since.
