Well...it's my year Driving down the road...engine coughs once or twice and boom no engine, now brakes, no power steering.....will turn over but sounds like timing is off so bad it won't start at all...

If the timing actually sounds like it's off then it likely skipped or broke the timing chain.
Fortunately not a huge job but in a MH it will be hard to get to.
