Lubricating slide seals and flaps?

What do you guys recommend for keeping the rubber around the slides in good shape? Thanks

Cuse me sir. I Googled "spray foam stuff in the red can" and nuttin but foam insulation popped up. Would you mind telling what spray lube you use comes in a red can. Inquiring minds want to know.

If you are referring to the rubber wipers, not seals, on the outside of the RV any good rubber protectant such as 303 works fine. If you mean the seals which are on the inside, talcum powder works great to keep them from sticking. The rubber wipers are designed to clean the slide as it retracts.
