Nice job on the video!
Once I figured out how to make the video larger, I could see it lifting.
I have no idea why it's doing that! I'm going to take a look at ours to see what, if anything, keeps it from climbing up the teeth.

EDIT,
Looking at your video again it looks like your mechanism uses some wheels to keep it from climbing upward. Need to figure out where the extra clearance above them is coming from.
