LCI (Lippert) has a Lip Sheet on this problem. It details how you install a cut flat washer between the top steel housing and the Steel ram that glides thru it. What has happened after operation the outer square frame has a slight bow on top and that allows the inner arm to raise up and allows the gear teeth to slip and/or break a tooth or 2. The washer does not allow the inner arm to raise up and slip. Doug
Look at the pic/diagram. The WHITE and BLACK wear tabs stop noise and keep the inner rail from lifting up. Make sure the TOP white and black wear tabs are not destroyed and missing. From your Video it appears they are because of the movement of the inner ram.
