Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I spoke with Lippert today, and even provided them the link with the videos. They suggested that the slide is out of adjustment, and potentially the slide is adjusted too high. According to them this causes the channel to wedge inside the rail and lift off the gear. I don't know about all that. The trailer is a 2015, don't know how the slide would just magically become adjusted too high. I had never attempted to adjust that part. All I have done is align the tracks front and back to ensure they were traveling even after changing the gear. I'm inclined to think dougrainer's tip about the rail being bowed and the flat washer fix maybe the issue. The wear tabs are still intact, although after all this replacing them may be necessary. Dougrainer do you know where I might find this Lip Sheet?
