Marey Tankless Hot Water ?

I am converting our Model 10 Eagle, and I ran across a "Marey Tankless" Hot water heater, Has anyone had any experience with these being installed in your RV, there is a video that shows how to do it in a house, but its the wrong venting application, I would want to vent it safely of course, any knowledge on venting these things in an RV, We are trying our best to steer clear of a general RV Water heater that takes a big gaping hole in the coach.....

    Here is one report of install in Airstream .......LINK

    Seems the biggest problem is associated with inlet temp of water source.
    Cold inlet water.....only warm output

    Think they still have a ways to go for RV use.
    I enjoy 'hot' water so I'll stay with the conventional rv tank water heater
