Moderator pump advice needed

My friend has a 36 ft MH and spend the summer in her daughter's driveway in WI. The blue tote is getting pretty tiresome. I suggested a moderator pump, but do not know what is possible.

Given that the Celtic tank is 150 ft from her MH, what kind of hose is required to get the waste to the Celtic tank?

Will a garden hose do for that kind of distance. It is level ground.

The RV dealer did not have any experience.

Thanks, Gary

I use a variation of This. I pump up to 75 feet. 2 feet uphill thru a 3/4 inch garden hose. IMO, I believe that I could easily pump 150 feet on level ground. Unlike the 12 volt systems it does not cut off after running a long time. Make sure the black tank has a lots of water. Use the flush if necessary. My system will pump waste faster than the tank flusher uses.

Is it just me seeing what looks like a residential garbage disposed? LOL

Don't moderators on this forum sometimes have a similar job to do (moving "stuff" from place to place)?

I am going to guess you are typing on your auto correct smart phone and mean macerator pump and septic tank?

No wonder ... I'm sure you mean a waste macerator pump, such as the FloJet model I have. I run mine through 50' of 3/4" contractor grade garden hose over a relatively level run and wouldn't expect any issues up to say 75', but 150'? ... that's well beyond the FloJet's recommended rating and I'm sure would shorten it's life considerably.
