if your batteries get low on water (and become undercharged) from being on constant charging, you have problemsWhen I replaced cheap chargers with quality ones, I no longer had a problem with battery water boiling away.

Freezing point of a fully charged lead-acid battery is -80 degrees F. They'll be fine left outside in Id on a PD9260.
