need help with bypass pump

I purchased a Jayco 256RKS about 6 weeks ago and have had it set up on my house water so had no need for the pump to be running. When I bought it, the guy ran the water and you could hear it cycle when needed, seemed to be working great. Now I am out at a site without "city water" and have filled my tank. When I turn on the water, hot or cold, the pump comes on continuously and then shuts off when I turn the water off. It also is very loud which it wasn't before. I've checked through the manual and the only thing that seems to make sense is that maybe there is air in the lines. So my questions are these.

has anyone had this similar problem and if so, your remedy

how do you go about getting the air out of the lines if that's the problem?

Two possibilities, odds are one of them will self repair, the other,, IS not a fault.

First: you may have gotten a bit of air in the pump, this will cause it to be loud, but usually only for a day or two. This self repairs. also possible you have a clogged strainer, either a tank outlet strainer (Optional) or pump inlet,, But I seriously doubt it.

I agree with mbopp. The pumps base is usually just screwed onto some plywood and the hoses might be touching the tank or the plywood itself. I have put rubber under the mounting feet and pipe insulation under or around the hoses to quiet it. The pump has a lot of vibration when it runs.

A pump sucking on air and water will have no output pressure and will be very noisy.

That's normal pump operation. Running continuously with water sputtering out of the faucets is a sign it's sucking air.
Being noisy can also be normal. You can check and see if the water lines going into and out of the pump are hitting anything when the pump is running. Mounting the pump on some isolating foam and wrapping the lines with water pipe insulation may also help.
