Need help with LOFT - dealer & Keystone say I'm on my own

We have a 2009 outback loft and one of the lift arms is not working.

The winch is getting power & it's functional however only 3 of the 4 corners are lifting up the top.

One corner must have came disconnected somewhere or the cable broke/snapped & I need to figure out how to access the cables so it can be fixed.

I’m not sure if it’s in the ceiling over the toy-hauler area or in the walls up in the loft.

How do I access the lift mechanism / cables for the loft lifting system?

I am a member there too and I can try that, but this site has much more traffic so I thought I'd have better luck.
They are an odd-ball camper over there too since only about 50 were made in the two years of production.

Have you been to the Outback or Keystone Owners websites?

Since no other RV manufacturers made something like the Loft model, I would think that you'd get better help at those sites than here.
