NEMA L5-30R Twist Lock to 30 amp straight adapter

Question

I plan to get a companion cable to connect two 2000w generators, but the end is NEMA L5-30R female Twist Lock and my RV electric is an RV 30A male.
The companion cable does include a NEMA L5-30P male plug to aid in making an adapter. Is that pretty straight forward? I can do outlet installs, etc, but am not an electrician.

If you buy Honda connectors for Honda Generator, it comes with the plug adapter for your travel trailer.

Turns out that Camco and Conntek both make them for less than the Honda model.

The AMAZON reviews look pretty good on those adapters. Alot of time any small adapter like this is pure trouble and prone to failure from loose and bad connections. The DOGBONE type long adapters were always much better in this respect.

I ordered the Camco as it looked the cleanest.
