On the past weekend I tried to polish the rv ...2001 hardwall travelaire. Bought some "oxidization remover in" (so called) spray bottle....started at the nose and worked my way around....washed, then oxidization remover...then was going to put protect all polish on....well the oxidzation stuff left a haze that would hand (all by hand ) buff off....did I do something wrong?

p.s. the nose looks fine now, but the rest is hazy...nose and tail are molded fiberglass

It's usually a several step process.
Wash
Apply oxidation remover
Wipe off remover
Buff
Apply Wax
Let Dry
Buff wax off

It works a lot better and easier with a random orbiting buffer

Try waxing a small area to see what it ends up looking like. More than likely it will need polishing compound to get all the oxidation off first.
