I wonder two things about the unit: dBs is the first, both putting away with a nominal load (like the RV's converter), and then running an A/C. Right now, my Yammy doesn't get anyone mad (if people actually notice it) when I fire it up for boondocking in the daytime (my furnace gobbles up ampere-hours, so it takes about 5-6 hours of run time to get the batteries to a decent SOC.)

Your gen time to do a "50-90" is all to do with the charging rate and the voltage of the charger. Where the three-stage charger will go to mid 14s, then you can do a 50-90 with a 30% charging rate in two hours. 25% takes 2.3 hrs and 16% takes three hours.
This is close enough true whatever your battery type or size of bank. Batteries work roughly the same and are highly predictable for that reason.
eg 55amps on 220AH takes about two hrs and twenty minutes. Same thing with 110amps on 440AH or 90amps on 360AH.
I have a 700AH bank and using 140amps (20% charging rate) it takes about two and a half hours to do a 50-90.
IAW your gen time of 5-6 hrs is not something you are stuck with--you can fix that.
