No generator power when running but shore power is fine.

No it was off lol. Yes I turned everything back off again as advised and tightened all the connections along with the 4 connectors that plug into each corner of the electrical board. Powered back up and switched from shore power to genny power a couple times and it seams to be happy now. Thanks again for all the advise, this forum is awesome. If there are any other concerns you may have that I need to look at, Please advise.

This sounds like you did this with the power on, but I hope not.

This is a clear sign of a loose connection. You have not fixed the problem, just hid it.

Brett is right, turn everything off.

My STRONG recommendation is to not use it until you address the problem.

A loose connection at the ATS is an excellent source of FIRE.

Particularly under load, there are a lot of amps running through there. Even moderate resistance from a loose connection can cause extreme overheating.

SO, generator off, shore power disconnected, inverter off:

Remove lid to the ATS. Look carefully for any signs of overheating such as burned wire insulation. If all looks good, just tighten the connections. If burned section, cut it back to good clean "copper" color and reconnect.

Then, look carefully at the contact points. If pitted, probably best to replace. You can "dress them" with a fine metal file. Be sure to clean out the filings.

OK I located the ATS and move the wires around a bit on the electrical board. Went back inside and lights were on, turned on the AC and everything seems to be OK now. HMMM I guess the contacts on the electrical board were dirty. Thanks so much to all who replied. I'm gonna call the dealer and see what they say about this.

Correct, I'm not getting any power to AC, TV, microwave, outlets or lights that normally would come on when using the generator.

When running the gen set is there 110 V power to all the other outlets or is there just no power to the convertor. In other words does the microwave and television work? according to your post you only mention only that the converter does not work from the genset. Your answer might bring other solutions, please reply.
