Does anyone know of a switch, fuse or relay that could be causing me to not have any power at the outlet near the hitch on the back of my 2016 Navion?

Recently had a similar problem. Some ot the pins at the MH connector were pushed back so they didn't make contact. I sparingly used some epoxy to fix the pins solidly in the insulator.

Has it been setup and quit working or are you doing this for the first time? I can’t remember the details but I had to add things when setting up our 2014 Via, which we no longer have. All of those outputs were fused in one of the two fuse locations: to the left of the drivers feet and in the left base of the drivers seat. If I recall correctly, I had to find the fuse info online. I ended up changing all the fuses to ones that light when they blow....tremendous help.

FYI, if you are setting it up for the first time, our Via would not run led lights or even show the bulb voltages on a meter, they had to have a load such as incandescent.

Sorry I can’t help you more.

If you join the Facebook or Yahoo groups for the View/Navion/Via’s you will get immediate answers. There used to be 3 that covered: General info; technical info; and mods.

Good luck!
