Onan won't start
4kyfa26100j
will not start or very rarely give a single fire.
compression is 100 psi after 10 rev's
altitude adjustment is 2 1/2 turns out from bottom
spark is solid
how much fuel should i see out of the spark hole when starting?
seems to starts little, then a good amount comes out, seems to maybe be flooding?
what is the likehood the float valve is plugged? and what is the likely hood i can get the bowl off while mounted in vehicle?
does this unit slide out, or simply drop to ground, this is in a 25 foot class c chevy 3500 dually 2000 era?
im thinking tomorrow of disconnecting the fuel line, and simply hitting it with carb cleaner on the start to see if it will run
does the fuel pump only have enough psi to fill the bowl? or does it push the fuel into the carb past the needle?
this is a friends, flooding seems to be the only possible answer at this point
