Outback 80-Flexmax Charge Controller-HELP

As you can imagine, we've got solar on the roof of our MH. Been installed for a couple of years. All has worked well....UNTILL now.
Checked the charger yesterday just to give it a "peak-see". And what I saw was NOTHING. LED display was dark. No readout. Breaker's were still in the ON position so I turned them off and then back ON. Nothing. It's extremely windy here in Tucson today so I doubt I'll be on the roof to check wiring connection points. Perhaps later I can check battery connection points but this would probably be a mute point because the battery connection points are "after the fact" from the charge controller. Quick start guide doesn't offer much help.
So I turn to you gurus of Solar Technology. Thank you all in advance for your suggestions.

What "breaker's" ? A mute point is one that doesn't speak.

That's interesting. In that case, what would a "moot" point be?

He's not gone. The man is very busy making a living. Just got email from him this morning, no resolution to his problem yet. It looks like his professional install was not as professional as it could be. Guess I may have to reopen shop in Q when we both get there.

Are the batteries at least partially charged?

Put a meter on the output terminals of the controller. If zero volts--you have a failed fuse or other issue.

Solar charge controllers are quite fussy about the connection order.

Controller to battery is always #1.

No roof work in the wind. However you could measure the voltage on the controller input terminals (from panels) and the output terminals (to battery).
Post the results.

"... because the battery connection points are "after the fact" from the charge controller.."

Nope. The battery connection comes first to power up the controller. Then you connect the array after that.

Ought to be a fuse on the wire from the positive controller terminal that goes to the battery positive, somewhere close to the battery. Check that fuse. If blown, have several spare fuses while finding out want blew the first one.
