There's absolutely no need or reason to subject your genset(s) to significant load by running any more than one high load device at any given time. It's called power management - if the A/C is running when you want to use the microwave for a few minutes just dial back the A/C thermostat so the compressor kicks off and remains off while you're using the MW ... same approach we used when my wife wanted to use her hair dryer. If I were in your shoes I'd sell one of those EF2000iS gensets and use part of the proceeds to add the aforementioned Micro-Air Soft Starter Kit to the A/C which will allow it to run on just one EF2000iS.
