Please Remind Me--AGMs to Full by Ammeter Action?

Probably LY, maybe Mex, but there was something about the way an AGM will initially be seen to get to Full by getting to lowest amps at a voltage--say 14.8v (charging spec for my AGMs) then --this is ...
