Plug for Rhino sewer hose

Have to compliment Rhino on building a great sewer hose! Over the decades of owning (and heavily using) RVs, I'd gotten used to having to replace sewer hoses every couple of years. Our 5 year old Rhino (just the standard, not the fancy one) finally started leaking at one of the swivels. I suppose I could have looked into resealing it but the shiny new ones looked too easy to buy and I felt I should reward Rhino for making a good product that performed well for me. I do see they have switched to the clear elbow so now I get to watch the poo pass.... Also like the 2 length model that lets me use a shorter hose when that's all that is needed and add the extension when necessary. Do have to say that with a Class A, not needing to store a hose in a rusty trailer bumper anymore also extends their life considerably.
  • I have one similar to Rhino and have trouble believing why someone would want to buy the cheapy for such an important task as eliminating the sewage. Maybe for the same reason people buy the $1 furnace filters at their stick house.

I used to use Rino. Heard how great they were supposed to be. Got tired of replacing and went with the Tetford Smart hose (no longer made) and now the Sentinel (Replacement same hose different connectors) I'm still using the Smart hose (years later) but had to replace and end for non-leak reasons. (it uses the Sentinel ground elbow... or some others Ive made up for some special cases)

Very happy with the hose About the same price.
  • I have been happy with my Rhino hose, see no reason to switch.
