powertek 1009 relay delay timer

have a 98 bounder and the relay chatters until you pound on the box and now all it does is blows circuit breakers. ive changed the relay but beleive the timer is bad as it will power 110 v with gen and when you shut off gen it doesnt switch back .cant find a source for the little square timer. anyone have a soure thanks rick
