Preparing to leave, fridge won't light propane itself. SOLVED! (Thanks!)

First remove the electrode, wipe the ceramic down with rag soaked in spray silicone, lightly sand the wire tip and reinstall- 3/16" gap, centered.

I used to replace them all the time, then I found just cleaning does fine.
