I fired it back up and it ran for a few seconds and shut off again. I unplugged it and hooked up my old generator to finish winterizing and all of a sudden the trailer lights went dim and the carbon monoxide detector showed a fault by flashing red and green. I shut everything down and the detector reset itself. I fired up my old generator again and everything worked normally.
Sounds like you have multiple germlins to chase. Why did your old generator brown out on the trailer?
I’m not sure. The trailer is only a couple of years old and has never done it before. I didn’t even realize what was happening at first. Still don’t know why. We just got home Saturday evening and all was fine.
