Surely these parts you get from Ebay and cause you such grief can be obtained elsewhere. If you hate it so much then don't do business with them, if the price warrants the shopping at Ebay, bite the bullet and put up with the inconvenience.
And, big surprise, Ebay, like most companies, is in it for the money. The only way to get their attention is to poke them where it will hurt: in the pocketbook. Don't like the way they do business? Don't do business with them. That's the only thing that will make any kind of impact. Of course all you have to do is convince everyone else to do the same. :)
