Rail liftgate emergency

Question

Hi,

We have a 2006 Jayco Seneca Zx that has a Thieman TVL-16 Railgate.
Unfortunately we were unloading it when we lost power, we can't seem to find any reference to stowing it manually. There must be a way to bypass the switch or just being able to stow it,because as it sits right now, our taillights and license plate are covered.

Does it raise and then not tip up to store? Does the pump run when trying to store or does circuit breaker trip out?

Sometimes the top of the pomp will have a silver sticker over the top at a location that you can insert a socket or Allen wrench assembly attached to a drill battery operated and cause it to operate the pump if you've lost power to manually get it back up-and-down this is also the case on some of the 5th wheel jacks that we found
