Getting shocked means a "hot skin" condition. Google that. With wandering 120V AC through your motorhome frame, you need a qualified repair person, ASAP. I'd suggest not to run generator or plug into shore power until this is fixed. It can be deadly.

Shocking when entering or exiting is normally a broken ground on the shore power cord or the ground connection between the 120 volt power section and the frame of the rig.

Try the fridge on electric when plug in
You have not mentioned year and model of motorhome
Those wires might go to the propane system
Depending on year and builder Some RV's have a 12v control valve for the lp system located at the tank in the main lp line
With out power you get no propane, so no stove, heater, no lp too water heater or fridge
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

If your plugged in to power, the charger is making a spark by trying to charge the battery. If you are at a rv park, go to the office and ask who their local mobile mechanic is. give him a call. If the wires are not touching each other and are not shorted together when they rubbed the tire, they can't cause a short by being disconnected.
The wires have to be tied up and out of the way so they don't get loose again, when you figure out where they go.

I'm needing to know where they go under the motorhome? I think the white wire goes to the propane tank cuz I found the other end of it there. I checked the motorhome with shoreline hooked up and I hve all lights except dome light again, inverter works, outlets work, the remote starter switch is not missing any wires but don't work now, checked fuses in fridge there good. I was recently in an accident someone hit me and the motorhome just got fixed, they fixed my ride right system as well and I think that's how the wires got into my tire. I'm new to rv living and my generater only has a thousand hours on it and the motorhome has 50,150. need to know where the red and green wires go ? all lights work, tail lights, and such..

Where did these wires come from, long enough to get wrapped around the wheel? Was there a tire blow out that damaged the underside of the RV?

Unplug the remote start, install fuse and start genset from units start/stop switch.
120 volt wiring would be type NM cable and not individual wires.
I would say there is more wires damaged or some are from genset control and other from refer.

the wires are coming from a hole in the bottom of the motorhome that is located behind the passengers side back tires, the red wire ia 12 gadge, green 14gadge,white 16gadge.starting it from the outside, not sure if the start switch inside works, yes the fridge is right above it.

sounds like control wires ?
does the inside generator start switch work ?
or are you starting it from outside at the generator ?

is the fridge on that side of the RV, how close to the rear axle ? directly above it ?
I can explain it to you.

depending on how large the wires are, they could be green = ground white =neutral and red = 120 volts from generator. do the wires come from the generator? or do they come from under the house?
