Did the top of the fridg pull out as well?
If not, the fridg may be in a jammed position (use flashlight to look under frig from the backside to see if the rails are sitting flat).
If jammed us, I would work from the backside. Remove screws. Try tying a clothes hangar in each hole to provide "handles" to pull back with (may need to lift up at the same time). Use bigger replacement screws at the rear.
If it is like mine, there should be screws holding down the front (bottom of the door and behind trim.
Hope this helps!

Your going to have too remove those screws in the back
Then put something under there for it to slide on
Plastic wedges ? Plastic strips, etc..
Somebody pushes from the front
While another trys to wiggle it from the back
Do NOT PULL on the cooling unit you need to grip the sides of the fridge for wiggling and pulling from the outside hatch
Yeah I know clearance problems
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

Which model Dometic is it? With model number, can find the installation manual and link it here so you can see what to do for now until you get home. Or you can Google that if you have enough internet access.

Sit on the floor in front of unit with legs bent. Brace against the slide, dinette, or what ever is in front of the frig. and straighten your legs to push up and back on frig. Best to make sure nothing is digging into the wood in back while you push in front. Maybe put a plastic knife with butter on it or similar slim slippery item under the rear edge to get it to glide easier.

My Norcold was HEAVY. They do not slide easily. To fit, I had to have 2 people. One on each side.

"One, two, three, LIFT (push / pull)"

"One, two, three, LIFT (push / pull)"

Caution with your back ๐Ÿ™‚

PS: "Lift" means to push upward. I removed the freezer door (not really necessary however) to gain purchase. The cooling unit should not be gorilla'ed. Be gentle.

Why wasn't two sturdy LAG SCREWS used in the mounting feet on the cooling unit side of the refrigerator? Something is wrong with this picture. Good luck.
