Motorhomes have them on the propane tanks and are tied to the LP Detector....if it senses a leak it shutdowns flow from tank.
If your RV already has one of these installed, operated by the LP detector, you could just cut the hot wire and route it through a switch. If you want the propane shut off, turn off the switch and it would act just like the LP detector had detected a leak and shut the propane off.
