Repair of laundry spigot hook up

Hoping someone here can offer tip, trick or advice on dealing with a leaky spigot. I have googled many searches for repair tips & parts to no avail.

I have successfully done some minor residential bathroom & kitchen plumbing.

Problem is water leaking from the washer hookups in my 5th wheel. I was able to remove the handle on top but could proceed no further without concern for causing more damage. Appears to be a rubbery cylinder inside, and looks like it got a blister and ruptured.

Just looking for tips to take valve apart & repair. Wouldn't mind capping it as I do not use them, but I guess I have to be able to bleed them for winterizing.

    I don't know how those install, but if they unscrew like the residential ones, you can replace with better quality brass valves. But maybe they're on PEX with a crimp? If so, it's a bit more work but can still be adapted to brass.

    Ditto. You could probably get them out, and might be able to disassemble them to the point of being able to get the washer out, and if you're really lucky, find a replacement washer that will work...

    I'd replace 'em though... It's really not worth the effort.

    if the valve has a name on it? google it and se what comes up. I,ve never seen that style.
