Repairing outside power inlets and outlets
Screw this... I'm going to do it myself. The man whose property I live on had promised me that he would help me get my outlets repaired, and yet he keeps putting me off every week.
The power outlet that supplies power to your fans, your electric lights or bug zappers, etc., had the cover broken off, so I need to replace it with another one, BUT there aren't holes in the replacement unit where the factory installed them (holes to attach said outlet housing to the external wall of the trailer, except for the one that traditionally goes between the outlets in the middle, and I don't think one screw is going to hold it on, but the factory outlet has four screws at each corner, and the holes are all off, at custom spots or different distances from each other).
The power inlet on the other external wall is an entirely different matter, because the maker of these inlets made the required hole be wayyyyy too big, resulting in the Forest River maker being a bit off with the alignment of the inlet relative to the hole in the wall. So, two screws on one side isn't grabbing ANYTHING of the wall, and the inlet just sits with one side loose from the wall, asking for water leak troubles.
What to do? Eagerly asking for advice.
