Residential refer repair people will NOT remove the refer from the built in cabinet to do warranty work. Even if it seems all you have to do is remove the mount hardware and roll it out. As a RV Service Center, we remove the refer for the Refer Service people so when they come out it is ready for them to do the work. We also charge for that work. The OEM's pay us our labor to do the pull and reinstall under warranty. If it is a Electronic control problem or something accessed from the inside doors, they may not have it pulled. Doug
