Most microwaves these days have two, even three glass cartridge fuses on the circuit board. Take your time, look underneath the board for a hidden fuse.
Use an ohmeter to find a bad fuse. Replace that blown fuse with exactly the same part number.
The power unit of the mircrowave is fused separately from the controls circuit. The power fuse can blow and the fascia controls will just sit there and grin at you.
Fuse not blown? Check CONTINUITY of the door SAFETY SWITCH before the unit gets scrapped. Sometimes pounding on the door safety switch with your palm will get it working again.
